The Luna Mae Return Policy

At The Luna Mae, we are committed to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer the following return policy:

Eligibility for Returns: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. Proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or personal hygiene products such as pacifiers or baby bottles.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact sales@thelunamae.co.nz with your order details. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

 

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

 

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us to arrange for the return of the original item and the order of a replacement.

 

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
